Maintenance of the pools – 10-15 May 2026
Dear Guests,
We would like to inform you that between 10-15 May 2026, we will be performing preventive maintenance on the pools at Lucky Bansko SPA & Relax Aparthotel.
This cleaning and renovation are part of our commitment to ensuring safe and comfortable conditions for our guests. All other SPA facilities will remain fully operational.
In this regard, we offer you the following options:
- Guests with reservations during this period may cancel their stay without penalty or reschedule it for another date.
- Guests who choose to keep their stay will receive a one-time compensatory therapy of their choice:
- Partial massage (1 zone, 20 min.) – for an adult
- Hydromassage bath
- Cryotherapy
- Pressotherapy
- Free use of the salt room
Please inform us promptly of your decision.
We will be glad to welcome you to Lucky Bansko, regardless of your selected period!
